  • 7% Caragold (Grain)<\/li>\n
  • 3% Wheat (Grain)<\/li>\n
  • 20g Simcoe 11% Boil 15 min (Hops)<\/li>\n
  • 25g Amarillo\u00a09.6% Boil 15 min (Hops)<\/li>\n
  • 25g\u00a0Simcoe 11% Boil 10 min (Hops)<\/li>\n
  • 30g Amarillo 9.6% Boil 10 min (Hops)<\/li>\n
  • 55g\u00a0Simcoe Flameout\u00a0(Hops)<\/li>\n
  • 45g Amarillo Flameout (Hops)<\/li>\n
  • Dry hop 4g per litre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Boil<\/b>: 60 Minutes<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Mash:<\/strong>\u00a066c for 60 mins.<\/div>\n
    Aimed for a mash ph of 5.2 and a sulphate\/chloride ratio of about 2:1.<\/div>\n
